OUR RIG BUILDING PROCESS

CONSULTATION
In this phase, we discuss board design, gear, your influences, ergonomics, any special requests, and what you want to accomplish with your build. A small deposit is taken at this time that goes towards the build.

DESIGN
A digital mock-up of your board is created along with a quote and gear shopping list.

BUILD
The agreed upon design is carefully assembled. Once complete, a test of all board components & troubleshoot is performed.

DELIVERY
Your board is shipped or, if local, picked up or personally delivered to your address. We currently ship anywhere in Canada or the US. Each board is delivered with a manual outlining the most important details of your board, including signal chain and cable information.

5 (Optional)
BOARD RUN THROUGH
After delivery, we do a board walkthrough with you to ensure everything is adjusted to your preferences. It can be done in person or over zoom!
