Our Process
1. Initial Consult & Planning
We begin by discussing your goals, gear, design preferences, influences, ergonomics, and any special requests. A project deposit is collected at this stage and applied toward your build.
2. Designs & Revisions
You’ll receive a digital mock-up, a detailed quote, and a carefully selected gear list tailored to your needs. Revisions are completed until the design is finalized.
3. Build & Assembly
Once all gear is received, your board, rack, and/or floor unit is professionally assembled and fully tested for performance and reliability. We keep you updated throughout the process and complete any modeler integration or MIDI programming if included.
4. Delivery
Your board is shipped anywhere in Canada or the U.S., or delivered/picked up locally from our custom shop locations in Nashville, Oklahoma, or Ontario.
5. Post build support
We walk you through setup, troubleshooting, and getting the most out of your rig. All builds include ongoing support and a warranty covering wiring and craftsmanship.
